Staff, especially Tatiana, were warm and friendly and spoke excellent English. Location was excellent, with the best restaurant we ate at in South America in 8 weeks (the Nacional) directly opposite. There was also a cheap (and excellent) Chifa (Chinese) opposite and a few doors down. Location was great - you could walk to all areas (avoiding the inevitable dogdos) and it felt safe.

Great location in the Microcentro district, where Peru Street turns into Florida Street. the rooms have effective air conditioning that works well. 🌬️

This is a very pleasant, good-value (by BA's surprisingly pricey standards) hotel right in the city centre that makes an excellent base for exploring and enjoying the atmosphere and life of the centre and southern barrios in particular.

Thank you all for a fantastic 2-night stay. the employees were friendly and welcoming. - the hotel's location was excellent, surrounded by cafes, antique shops, and interesting buildings. - It's situated near all the main attractions in central Buenos Aires, as well as Retiro and Recoleta. - the lunch at Pasaje Solar, just a short walk away, offered a variety of choices. - Overall, the venue met all our needs. Would definitely recommend it.

The receptionist Camilla was excellent!! She was extremely attentive and helpful. She knew a lot about tourism in Buenos Aires-things and places to go. She does an amazing job and contributes to the hotel. There was another female receptionist ( I think her name was Tatiana) was not st all helpful or polite. It seemed as if she didn't even want to be there. It was ok because we had such a positive experience w Camilla! Thank you!
